Rectangular Planters Best Container For Decorating Homes



Decorating your home with rectangle planters with plants is a great way to bring visual interest and personal unique touch to your garden. If you are decorating your home with small garden space then it is not a big problem. Container planters are available in a wide variety of styles, shapes and sizes -offer you the most design versatility and elegance.

Most of us love window boxes and planters when we are talking about container gardening. You can really change the look of your home by putting planters and windowboxes and they are very simple to do. Planting flowers and foliage in planters is easy and sky is the limit. They can be as complicated or simple as you want and they still look great. 

The most important thing about the window box or planter is how much sun it gets. Now you can go out there with a timer, you can even get a sun calculator because you really want to know, in the end that will determine the plants to choose. You can create a beautiful windowbox even if it is in total shade. You also want to make sure when you are thinking about window box that you can put it somewhere where you can water it and water it easily. 

Rectangular planter is a nice container you can choose for your plants. You also need fertilizer and potting soil, it is advisable to use organic fertilizer and potting mix. For Plants you can choose corral bells which is good to go both in shady or sunny areas and  practically indestructible  They are great to plant on the side of rectangular planter because it can be use as thrillers on your planter. And then for the middle plant you can use million bells, another terrific plant that continues to bloom throughout the summer right until the frost. 

First thing you want to do is to put potting soil on the bottom of your rectangle planters. Then you can mix some organic fertilizer that way you can be very flexible of how much you use for your plants. Adding plants from its original housing maybe easy but always remember not to just pull it out, you need to loosen it before removing it from its original pot and just carefully break up the roots a little bit and put it inside on your rectangle planter. You want to make sure that you fill in all the holes between the root balls of your plants because if you have air pockets, the roots will dry out and your plants will not be very happy about that.

When you are putting potting soil to your rectangular planter boxes in between your plants, it is really important to make sure that the potting soil is just below the crown of the plants. To maintain your rectangular planter boxes, you do want to feed it and keep it well watered, not wet but moist.
